Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:22 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Chris Olney, and Tim Orris. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Orris. Second by Schnedler. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of Potential future Recreation/Wellness Center – Floor Plan, Façade and Site Layout Discussion: Mark Kroemer and Sammy Rohlfsen from Atura Architecture gave an update on the Recreation Center. Council reviewed the bathroom changes that were made. Council would like a future work session to review the financial planning for this building. Atura is working on inside renderings of the recreation center and should have this completed in October. During the next meeting, Council will decide on future dates for an open house/public input meeting. D. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports E.
