______________________________________________________________________________ CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL October 25, 2024 • Mark Kroemer with Atura Architecture will attend the meeting on Tuesday night to review the interior layout and floorplan of the Recreation/Wellness Center with the Council. He will also give a brief update on the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) process, as we have a Pre-Qualification Statement Meeting scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. • As a follow-up to my report at the last council meeting, attached is a proposal from Revata Consulting identifying some potential grant opportunities for the City. Please review the document as I will have more information on this at the meeting on Tuesday night.
