Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a special session Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Chris Olney, Tim Orris, Eric Schnedler. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Olney. Second by Orris. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of Future Recreation/Wellness Center – Interior Floor Plan Discussion: Mark from Atura presented the updates for the interior floor plan. Mostly white and neutral colors for interior with a pop of color (City approved colors) in the lobby space. Community input open house for the proposed Tiffin recreation center will be November 12 & 20 from 6-7 PM. D. Discussion of Possible Grant Writing Proposal/Opportunities with Revata Consulting Discussion: Council would like more information before moving forward with Revata Consulting. Council requested they be present at the next work session. E. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports F. Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Havens.
