September 17, 2012 Decision

“RESOLUTION NO. 2012-43 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE NOTICE OF HEARING AND LETTING FOR THE 500,000 GALLON WATER TOWER WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will be accepting sealed bids for the purpose of erecting a 500,000 gallon water tank within the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.”
