The City Council may require the applicant to engage a qualified designer. Landscaping, fencing, and screening for the uses within the site and as means of integrating the proposed development into its surroundings must be planned and presented to the P&Z and Council for approval together with other required plans for the development. A planting plan showing proposed tree and shrubbery plantings must be submitted for the entire area to be developed. A grading and drainage plan must also be submitted to the P&Z and Council with the application.
