C-2O.02 PRINCIPAL
USES AND STRUCTURES PERMITTED Permitted uses of land or buildings, as hereinafter enumerated, may be permitted in the C-2O District only in accordance with conditions specified. Only those uses specifically listed hereunder may be considered permitted uses. No building or lot may be devoted to any use other than a use permitted hereunder, with the exception of:

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
