USES AND STRUCTURES PERMITTED Permitted uses of land or buildings, as hereinafter enumerated, may be permitted in the CS-1 only in accordance with conditions specified. Only those uses specifically listed hereunder may be considered permitted uses, and no building or lot may be devoted to any use other than a use permitted hereunder, with the exception of:
A. Principal Uses and Structures Permitted as listed in the following Table C.
B. Second floor apartments subject to their compliance with Section 9.20.
History
Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
