1.01 REPEALING, ADOPTION, AND TITLE
This Ordinance repeals all prior Tiffin Zoning Ordinances, including but not limited to Ordinance No. 2005-272, and any prior amendments. This Ordinance establishes comprehensive zoning regulations for Tiffin and provides for the administrative enforcement and amendment of itself. The City Council adopts this Ordinance by authority of the Code of Iowa. This Ordinance is designated No. 2007-_______, City of Tiffin, Iowa. This Ordinance may be cited as the “Tiffin Zoning Ordinance No. 2007-_______”.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
