58.08 PREDATORS, RODENTS, INSECTS AND PARASITES

The Permittee shall take any and all necessary action to reduce the attraction of predators and rodents and the potential infestation of insects and parasites. Chickens found to be infested with insects and parasites may result in unhealthy conditions to human habitation and may be removed by the Tiffin Public Works Department.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
