§ 52.03 Authority For Enforcement

52.03 AUTHORITY FOR ENFORCEMENT

City of Tiffin staff members or other persons as may be designated by the City Council are responsible for the enforcement of this chapter and shall have all the necessary authority to carry out the enforcement of this chapter.
