37.15 REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE
The remedies provided in the chapter and otherwise in this Code of Ordinances are not exclusive, or in lieu of, the rights and remedies that the City may have at law or in equity.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
