161.12 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT

If the City Engineer or designee deems that the storm water management plan meets the requirements of this chapter, the City Engineer or designee will notify the appropriate City officials that appropriate development permits may be issued. However, this action by the City Engineer does not obviate the developer from any of the additional requirements in this Code of Ordinances for the construction of a development.
