§ 146.01 Water System District

146.01 WATER SYSTEM DISTRICT

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, all property located within the corporate boundaries of the City, together with any extraterritorial well site, conveyance, treatment facility, main, or water service connected to or in service for the Tiffin municipal water system, shall be designated the Tiffin Water System District.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
