106.10 CONTAINER PLACEMENT AND PICKUP

All garbage and recycling containers must be placed at the curb for pickup by 7:00 a.m. on the designated day for pickup and removed from the curb by 7:00 p.m. on the same day of the designated day for pickup.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
