Resolution No. 2026-049 – A Resolution to Modify the City of Tiffin Fire Department Stipend Program to Align with the Addition of EMS Division of the Fire Department. Motion to approve by Orris. Second by Johnson. Roll Call: Orris, Olney, Johnson, Schnedler. Abstain: Limkemann. All ayes, motion carried. Resolution No. 2026-050 – A Resolution Setting the Date of November 3, 2026, for a Public Hearing for Park Place City Center, Part One, Phase Seven, Lots 9-14 as a Planned Development Overlay Site District. Motion to approve public hearing at the next regularly scheduled meeting by Johnson. Second by Limkemann. Roll Call: Olney, Johnson, Schnedler, Limkemann, Orris. All ayes, motion carried. J. Council Person Orris reported that the Community Foundation of Johnson County donated $50,000 towards the recreation center.
