Resolution No. 2026-049 – A Resolution to Modify the City of Tiffin Fire Department Stipend Program to Align with the Addition of EMS Division of the Fire Department — I-1 [LATE HANDOUT]

Section 5. Supersession. The revised Tiffin Fire Department Stipend Program dated October 16, 2026, shall supersede the prior stipend program dated May 30, 2023, to the extent of any conflicting provisions, effective as provided in Section 6 of this Resolution. Section 6. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be effective upon its passage and approval. On this 20th day of October, 2026, at the regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson ___ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2026-049, and made a motion for approval.
