DocuPet is the only option that minimizes ongoing municipal cost while still providing high- value services. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends partnering with DocuPet as the city’s pet licensing vendor based on the analysis of cost, features, customer support, and long-term value. DocuPet provides a modern comprehensive solution that eliminates manual processing and reduces administrative staff workload.
