AGENDA ITEM # K-3 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: February 11, 2026 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of Pay Application #9 – Miron Construction, Recreation Center Motion ACTION: Background Miron Construction, the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the Recreation Center, has submitted Pay Application No. 9, dated January 31, 2026. This pay application is for work completed in this pay period includes, but is not limited to: • Progress on metal building systems, elevators, HVAC, and electrical systems • Continued work in plumbing and site utilities • Stored materials for mechanical systems (Trane, Rist) verified and properly documented • Ongoing progress on athletic equipment, masonry, steel erection, and concrete components No contract change orders are included in this pay application. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application No. 9 from Miron Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $866,077.46 for work completed through January 31, 2026 on the Tiffin Community Recreation Center.
