The Mayor presided andtherollbeing called, thefollowing members oftheCouncil were present andabsent: Present: Bartels, Kahler, Havens. Absent: Upton, Ryan. The Mayor announced that anamendment tothe boundaries oftheTiffin Urban Renewal Area hadbeen prepared, along with anamendment totheurban renewal plan forthearea, and that itwas now necessary tosetadate forapublic hearing ontheproposed amended area and proposed amendment totheurban renewal plan. Accordingly, Council Member Havens moved onDesignation oftheExpanded Tiffin Urban Renewal Area and onUrban Renewal Plan r Bartels. Following due consideration, theMayor putthequestion onthemotion andtherollbeing called, thefollowing named Council Members voted: Ayes: Bartels, Kahler, Havens. Nays: None.
