TheMayor announced that anamendment totheurban renewal plan forthe2017 Park Place Commercial Urban Renewal Area hadbeen prepared, andthat itwas now necessary toset adate forapublic hearing ontheproposed amendment totheurban renewal plan. Accordingly, Council Member Ryan moved theadoption ofthefollowing r Setting Date foraPublic Hearing onUrban Renewal PlanA seconded byCouncil Member Upton. Following dueconsideration, theMayor put thequestion onthemotion andtherollbeing called, thefollowing named Council Members voted: Ayes: Ryan, Kahler, Upton, Bartels, Havens. Nays: : None.
