RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 017 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin , Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing and Letting of the PARKS AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT for the City of Tiffin, Iowa. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, set the date for the Public Hearing of the aforementioned project for April 5, 2016, at 7: 00 P. M. The date for the Letting of the aforementioned project is set for March 31, 2016, at 2: 00 P. M. Sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be received by the City Clerk at the City of Tiffin, 300 Railroad, Tiffin, Iowa, until 2: 00 P. M. on April 5, 2016. On the 8th day of March, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced RESOLUTION No. 2016- 017, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION No. 2016- 017, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 8th Passed by the City Council on the day of March, 2016.
