Bid let by the Iowa Department of Transportation, STP— E- 7662( 609- 8V-. 52. WHEREAS: Metro Pavers, Inc. has now presented a partial payment for ( 38%) for the amount of payment for $25, 814. 28. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to make payment on the estimate # 2 andsignappropriate forms. F 12th At a regular meeting of City Council on the day of October 2011 Resolution 2011- 48 RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO METRO PAVERS, INC FOR TRAILS PHASE FOUR -PAY ESTIMATE # 2 was introduced by Councilperson Travis Weipert and made a motion for approval. Motion, seconded by Councilperson Jim Bartels.
