Resolution No. 2003-35 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AS DETERMINED DURING CLOSED SESSION WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin City Council has considered during special session of the Tiffin City Council the purchase of certain property; AND WHEREAS, it is necessary that the city be represented in this proceeding to acquire said parcel; THE CITY DOES HEREBY, authorize certain city officials to negotiate for purchase of property as discussed, considered and decided during Special Session of the Tiffin City Council. On the 1st day of November, 2003, at a Special Meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Shaffer introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AS DETERMINED DURING CLOSED SESSION, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Huedepohl. Aye: Shaffer, Dils, Huedepohl, and Gericke Nay: None Absent: Bartels Whereupon, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AS DETERMINED DURING CLOSED SESSION, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
