TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council was held October 8, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present; Potter, Janssen, Smith Morgan and Formanek; Clerk-Treasurer Birtcher and Administrative Assistant Mittman, also present. The minutes of September, 1975 were approved. Motion to approve the Treasurer's report was made by Formanek and seconded by Potter. Motion carried unanimously. Motion resolving to amend Ordinance #63, Sec. 8, pending legal advice, was made by Smith and seconded by Janssen. Ayes: Formanek, Potter, Janssen, Smith and Morgan. Motion carried unanimously. Formanek moved and Potter seconded to adopt Resolution #75-1, Book 1, approving the participation in the Johnson County Mutual Aid Agreement, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City. Ayes: Morgan, Formanek, Potter, Janssen and Smith. Motion carried unanimously. Smith moved to accept the following receipts and pay the following bills; Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Motion to adjourn by Janssen, seconded by Morgan and carried.
