Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Tiffin United Methodist Church for the purpose of hearing citizen input on two proposals for sewer rate increase. All citizens are encouraged to attend.
