Also present: City Administrator/Clerk Doug Boldt, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz, CityEngineer BenCarhoff andother visitors. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove theagenda byBartels. Second byHavens. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion ofDiscussion and Review ofCapital Improvements Plan Discussion: Because two members ofCouncil arenotpresent, Mayor Berner justdiscussed briefly which items need tobeadded andalso asked Council tothink ofitems thatneed toget done andalso wish listitems forfuture planning. D. Questions from Council Members regarding items onthe Regular City Council Agenda Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt discussed thehighlighted items ofthe Developers Agreements forPark Place Parts 1 &2andPark Place Part 3. Council andMayor discussed with Developer Scott Andersen present forquestions andclarifications. Discussion about adding to theMaster Plan thatthey meet theopen green space requirements soeach platdoesn’thaveto have the 5%requirement since theoverall development will meet the requirement. E.
