B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove theagenda byKahler. Second byBartels. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion and Review ofCity Hall Expansion and Woodruff Proposal Nick Fordwith Woodruff andOPN Architects. Provided council with 3Ddrawing and elevations ofthe CityHall addition. D. Discussion ofExpansion ofCity Park System – JoeMcGovern with theIowa Natural Heritage Foundation and Sandy Steil Sandy Steil – Advised wearejustwaiting tohear back fromtheproperty owner. AlsotheCity willhave topayforanappraisal. E. Discussion and Demonstration from Midland GIS –Chad Sparks Kurt Larson- presented anddemonstrated theMidland GIS package andanswered questions from Council. Mike Ryan – Arrived at6:17pm F.
