Also present: City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Ashley Platz, Public Works Director Brett Mehmen, Building Official Brian Shay, City Engineer BenCarhoff, andAsstPublic Works Director Brian Detert. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove theagenda byHavens. Second byKahler. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion ofDriveway Runoff at120West Marengo Road Discussion: Doug Boldt, City Administrator gave background ofproperty andtopography ofthe driveway. Council discussed resolution anddiscussed whoresponsibility itistoremedy. City decided toclean uptherock along HWY 6toseeifanymore water runoff willcause anymore rock accumulated attheendofthedriveway. The City decided thatitisnotthe City’sresponsibility to correct water flow issues since similar issues were occurring prior tothepaving ofthedriveway during theHWY 6widening project. D.
