Others present City Clerk Ashley Platz, Building Official Brian Shay, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, City Attorney Crystal Raiber andothers. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove Schnedler. Second byHavens. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion and Review ofTrap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Proposal – Community Cat League Discussion: JoBorntreger and Charisma Tandy presented their proposal tobegin theTNR. Traps arebarrowed from neighboring communities. Discussion ontheprocess how thetrapping ishandled. Spring andFallseason isbest for trapping for cats. Request aCity liaison andhosttraining sessions hereatCity Hall. Problem neighborhoods thatwould benefit. New organization incorporated lastfall,they arestilllooking foraplace that isopen forthetrapping days. Peggy Upton arrived at6:34PM D.
