Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda bySchnedler. Second byOlney. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofTax Increment Financing Economic Development Incentive for301Main Street Discussion: Troy Bryant, owner of301 Main Street, discussed hisbuilding design, siteplan andparking plans forhisrestaurant project. Itwas decided that parking willbelimited toallon-street spaces. Following further discussion, theCouncil approved aTIFagreement for15years at50%,nottoexceed $325,000. D. E.
