Roll Call TheCity ofTiffin City Council heldawork session Tuesday, March 3,2026, atthe Tiffin Fire Station. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting toorder at6:01PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: EricSchnedler, Tony Johnson, Chris Olney, Tim Orris andSkylar Limkemann leftat6:28PM. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byJohnson. Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofRevised Lotus Hill Concept Discussion: Scott Andersen presented the revised Lotus Hillconcept. Theproposal willneed tobereviewed byPlanning and Zoning before thefinal plats return totheCityCouncil forapproval. The plan includes making Whitetail Lane a36-foot-wide street toallow on-street parking onthesouth side, with noparking on thenorth side. Due tosoilconditions inthearea, theoriginal plan foreight 66-unit, four-story buildings has beenrevised. Theproposed rezoning concept, amended preliminary plat, R-12OPD exhibit, andR-1andR-2 OPD exhibits, along with examples oftheexterior elevations fortheR-12, R-1,andR-2OPD areas. D.
