The Contractor was instructed to remove the trees in conflict. 0070-Original quantity for this item was determined to be in error. 0120-Less pavement was installed than originally planned. 0140-During the course of the project, the property changed hands and new owner opted for PCC driveway instead of asphalt. 0430-Less sidewalk was removed than planned to construct the proposed sidewalks. 0440-0450-Less sidewalk than planned was installed. 0470-Material of one driveway was changed to PCC at the request of the property owner; other driveways were constructed slightly larger than planned. 0480-Less driveway was removed than planned to construct the proposed driveways. The original quantity may have been in error. 8005-The Contractor qualifies for a thickness disincentive based upon the PCC pavement sample measurements. 8006-The plans specify that PCC pavement smoothness applies to the project. Based upon the low traffic speeds and relatively short project length, the city and contractor mutually agree to waive the profilometer pavement profile and instead perform a 10' straight edge 1/8" bump test per Standard Specification 2301.03,H.,4. 8007-The Contractor's daily traffic control diary is incomplete. There are no reviews documented over weekends and holidays, and there are gaps in the diary entries from 5/24/19 through 6/3/19 and 7/12/19 through 10/3/19. 8998-The Contractor exceeded the allowed number of working days by 39.0 days.
