Local Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Grant Program - Grant Agreement Letter August 28, 2023 Tiffin Fire Department Dear Skylar Limkemann: The Iowa State Fire Marshal is pleased to inform you that a grant has been approved in the amount of $25,872.95 for use under the Local Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Grant Program. This letter and its attachments outline the terms and conditions of accepting this grant. Please read all the terms and conditions carefully, sign, and return along with this agreement letter before making any purchase(s). If the Division does not receive signed copies of this grant award letter and general grant terms within 14 days after the date of the grant award letter, this grant may be revoked. Grant funds must be used specifically for Bullseye fire extinguisher training system, as stated in your approved grant proposal. You must submit a written request to us for reimbursement after each purchase and a check will be mailed to you upon review and approval of the purchase. The grant funds are to be expended within one year from the date of this letter and written approval must be received prior to spending funds on anything not already approved in your grant proposal.
