Doug Boldt, City Administrator City of Tiffin 300 Railroad Street Tiffin, Iowa 52340 SUBJECT: COMMUNITY RECREATION & WELLNESS CENTER TIFFIN, IA Doug, We, ATURA architecture, appreciate the opportunity to submit a proposal for architectural services for a new Community Recreation and Wellness Center. General scope would include a facility modeled after the Northwood-Kensett Activity Center. Based on our previous conversations the building program would include 2-3 full sized courts, elevated track, fitness equipment area, multi purpose rooms, locker rooms, and multi-purpose rooms. Several potential sites have been identified and will be explored and vetted.
