Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the City Hall Council Chamber. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Chris Olney, Eric Schnedler, Tim Orris, Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Olney. Second by Orris. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion of Potential Sand Volleyball Courts for the City of Tiffin – Erin O’Connor Discussion: Council will continue exploring the sand volleyball courts. They asked Erin O’Connor put a plan together and have a follow up conversation. D. Discussion and Review to Video Record City Council Meetings Discussion: Equipment to do this might be more expensive than originally thought. Council Person Schnedler would like to have RFP. Council agreed. E. Update on Recreation Center Discussion: Not discussed due to lack of time. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda or Reports G.
