8.03 REGULATIONS
All public and private exterior lighting must be in conformance with the requirements as specifically established by this Section 8 and in general, exterior lighting is shaded or inwardly directed so that no direct lighting is cast upon adjacent zoning lots and adequate exterior lighting, for security purposes, is required for parking areas.
History
Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it. "Not yet consolidated" means the ordinance amends this section but its new text has not been checked into this compilation yet: read the ordinance.
