and DESCRIPTION OF DISTRICT This district intends to accommodate residential manufactured housing in areas of the community where their use will be compatible with existing and projected development. This district will usually be located in outlying areas of the City and should be well served by adequate sewers, water service, streets, police and fire protection, and similar public facilities and services
