58.11 CHICKENS AT LARGE

The Permittee shall not allow the Permittee's Chickens to roam off the Permitted Tract of land or roam outside of the enclosures on the Permitted Tract of land.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
