55.06 AT LARGE PROHIBITED

It is unlawful for any owner to allow an animal to run at large within the corporate limits of the City. This section shall not apply to Community Cats.

Confirmed by the city's current text: the 2026 draft recodification (August 2026, not adopted) has the same words (§ 55.06, p. 130). This ordinance's text was consolidated because the later text agrees with it.
