21.02 LIBRARY TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees of the Library, hereinafter referred to as the Board, consists of eight members. Three board members are appointed by the Mayor, with approval of the Council.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
