161.13 DENIAL OF PERMIT

The City may reject a storm water management plan that the City Engineer believes does not meet the requirements of this chapter. If a permit is denied, the City or designee must state the reason for the denial in writing and return the application to the applicant.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it.
