§ 111.07 City Held Harmless

111.07 CITY HELD HARMLESS

The Grantee shall hold the City harmless from any and all causes of action, litigation, or damages which may arise through or by reason of the construction, reconstruction, maintenance, and operation of said distribution and transmission systems and other construction hereby authorized.

Dates: an Iowa ordinance takes effect when it is published after adoption. Where the clerk's certificate records the publication date it is used; otherwise the adoption date stands in for it. "Not yet consolidated" means the ordinance amends this section but its new text has not been checked into this compilation yet: read the ordinance.
