Background Boomerang Corp. is the prime contractor for the North Park Road Construction project (Project No. STP-U-7662(615)--70-52). The awarded project amount is $5,458,891.91, with an authorized amount of $5,482,933.66. Pay Application #7 covers the period from August 24, 2025 to September 20, 2025, and includes: • Current approved work: $171,277.61 • Total approved work to date: $2,961,703.09 • Previous payments to date: $2,860,994.02 • Current payment requested: $171,277.61 • Total payments to date (including this application): $3,032,271.63 • Retainage to date: $30,000.00 • Liquidated damages to date: $0.00 This application has been reviewed and recommended for approval by MSA Professional Services, the City’s engineering consultant. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application #7 in the amount of $171,277.61 to Boomerang Corp. for work completed on the North Park Road Construction project. ATTACHMENTS: Pay App 1
