Pay Application #6 Details • Application Period: Through October 31, 2025 • Total Completed & Stored to Date: $2,417,411.86 • Retainage: $120,870.60 • Total Earned Less Retainage: $2,296,541.26 • Less Previous Payments: $712,316.58 • Current Payment Due: $1,584,224.68 • Balance to Finish (Including Retainage): $9,096,598.86 Scope of Work Included This pay application covers progress on: • General conditions and requirements • Construction fee and preconstruction services • Cast-in-place concrete • Steel fabrication and erection • Electrical work • Earthwork and site utilities • Landscaping and allowances Recommendation Based on the architect’s certification and staff review, staff recommends approval of Pay Application #6 in the amount of $1,584,224.68 to Miron Construction Co., Inc. for work completed on the Community Recreation Center project.
