Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on October 14th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Luther Parker, Gina Landau, Tia Showalter, Nick Ford. Absent: Travis Whitmore. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, Building Official Brian Shay, Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson, Scott & Nick Andersen. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Parker. Second by Showalter. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of September Meeting Minutes Motion to approve September meeting minutes by Ford. Second by Showalter. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion of Proposed Development – North Park Road Residential Apartments Tabled E. Discussion and Consideration of OPD Site District, Park Place City Center – Part One, Phase Seven, Lots 9-14 – Marvin Gardens Discussion: This will be six sixty-five unit buildings with multifamily residential zoning. Plan to start foundations in February or March. Motion to approve agenda by Ford. Second by Landau. All ayes, agenda approved F. OPD Update We have received the permits for the first 5-plex at Grove Park. Interior footings will be poured at the Pacific this week. Item D may come back to the commission for discussion.
