Tiffin/436989-55/UR Plan Amend CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA URBAN RENEWAL PLAN AMENDMENT TIFFIN URBAN RENEWAL AREA December, 2026 The Urban Renewal Plan (the “Plan”) for the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area (the “Urban Renewal Area”) in the City of Tiffin, Iowa (the “City”) is being amended for the purpose of adding property to the Urban Renewal Area. 1) Addition of Property. By virtue of this Amendment, certain real property (the “Property”) is being added to the Urban Renewal Area as the December, 2026 Addition. With the adoption of this Amendment, the City will designate the Property as an economic development area. The Property will become subject to the provisions of the Plan for the Urban Renewal Area. It is anticipated that the City will adopt an ordinance providing for the division of property tax revenues, as set forth in Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa, with respect to the Property. The Property is described as follows: The States – Legal Description Parcel ID – 0621408001 – Lot at NW corner of Forevergreen Road and Croell Avenue Andersen Addition – Part Two, Lot 7 All of the public right-of-way of Croell Avenue situated in the corporate limits of the City of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa. 2) Required Financial Information.
