The payment application covers the billing period of September 26, 2026, through October 23, 2026. The application includes work completed during the billing period, previously completed work, and stored materials associated with the project. The original contract amount is $12,182,553.00, with approved change orders totaling $57,799.31, bringing the revised contract amount to $12,240,352.31. The submitted Pay Application No. 14 reflects the following: • Revised Contract Amount: $12,240,352.31 • Total Completed and Stored to Date: $10,772,645.47 • Retainage: $534,447.69 • Less Previous Payments: $9,699,565.60 • Current Payment Due: $534,447.69 Following this payment, approximately 88% of the revised contract amount will have been completed and stored to date. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application No. 14 submitted by Tricon Construction Group for the Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Project in the amount of $534,447.69.
