The project includes roadway improvements, storm sewer infrastructure, water main improvements, pedestrian facilities, and related improvements. Pay Application #18 covers work completed during the pay period of September 27, 2026, through October 24, 2026. The payment application identifies the following project financial information: • Original Awarded Contract Amount: $5,458,891.91 • Authorized Contract Amount: $5,586,322.65 • Current Payment Request: $133,980.94 • Approved Work to Date: $5,270,279.60 • Payments to Date, Including This Application: $5,242,167.85 The payment application reflects no additional retainage, liquidated damages, or adjustments for this pay period. Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council approve Pay Application #18 for Boomerang Corp. in the amount of $133,980.94 for the North Park Road Improvements Project.
