The applicant reported that all three toilets in the residence were running, resulting in increased water consumption and higher-than-normal utility bills. The applicant indicated that the toilets have since been repaired. The application and utility billing records indicate the following adjustments under the City's one-time water and sewer adjustment provisions: • Water adjustment: $186.59 • Sewer adjustment: $100.67 • Total requested adjustment: $287.26 The City's utility billing records reflect a maximum adjustment of $250 for water and $250 for sewer, for a combined maximum of $500 under the applicable provisions. The requested adjustment is within the established limits for both water and sewer. Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council review the application and consider approval of the requested one-time water and sewer adjustment of $287.26 for 902 Creekside Drive, based on the reported plumbing issue and subsequent repairs.
