RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 039 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROCUREMENT OF AN AGENDA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN WHEREAS, a Request for Quotations were solicited for the procurement of a meeting and agenda management software; and, WHEREAS, four companies were contacted and the City received three quotations back; and, WHEREAS, City Staff reviewed and evaluated each company' s quote; and, s current website WHEREAS, Staff is recommending proceeding with Revize, the City' provider; and, WHEREAS, the City' s purchasing policy requires purchases of products and materials in excess of $ 1, 000 but less than $ 5, 000 and not included in the official City Budget shall require prior City Council approval; and, WHEREAS, the approval of this purchase is in the public interest which will improve on s continued goal of increasing public participation and transparency; and, the City' NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa that: 1. The proposed sales agreement with Revize, attached hereto, is approved. 2. The City Administrator designee is authorized to sign the Agreement with the or vendor and take whatever steps are necessary to effectuate future purchases including any amendments or renewals of said agreement. On the 15t" day of April, 2025, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 039,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROCUREMENT OF AN AGENDA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN. and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris, Ayes: Schnedler, Havens, Orris, Olney. Nays: None. Absent: Limkemann. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 039,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROCUREMENT OF AN AGENDA MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. Passed by the City Council on the 1 5t"day of April, 2025.
